Sign up for Formed in four easy steps on your TV browser, your computer or download the app.

1. Click on http://www.formed.org and click on "sign up" OR download the app and click on "sign up".
2. Select "I belong to a parish or organization".
3. Type in "St Joseph & Sacred Heart Parish" and select our parish from the list.
4. Enter your name and email, click "sign up". Start watching!
